A minimum of 3 years training delivery experience. Able and willing to align behaviors to meet the needs of working in 24 x 7 x 365 work setting. Basic skills in the use of computerized applications are expected at minimum International Critical Incident Stress Foundation training certification is preferred. An understanding of behavioral health services at various service levels desirable. Demonstrated expertise in the use of various Windows programs, as well as familiarity with case management systems is preferred.
